Pediatric Care

In today’s fast-paced life, kids and teens face daily challenges of peer pressure, poor nutritional options, inactive lifestyles and many other daily stressors.

The Pediatrics focus at RSNC provides treatment options for the whole family. Your intern and our supervisors Dr. Patricia Rennie, ND and Dr. Caroline Meyer, ND, are trained to treat a variety of health concerns and will work with you to promote your child’s physical, mental and emotional development. A foundation in naturopathic medicine can help to balance school, extra curricular and family life.

We are dedicated to providing health care for children aged newborn to 16 years.  

The acute and chronic concerns that are often addressed, include: Diaper rash, colic, teething, weaning Fevers and frequent respiratory infections  Allergies, ear infections, recurrent colds and flus, asthma Skin conditions, digestive problems and food sensitivities Stress, sleep problems Behavioural issues, anxiety, depression Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Autism/Autistic Spectrum Disorder Weight management

We also provide a range of wellness services, specifically:

• Care for pregnant mothers, including  breastfeeding and nutrition advice for moms and babies
• Nutritional and lifestyle counselling for infants, kids, tweens, teenagers and their families
• Guidance and suggestions that can help you find healthy parenting solutions

The RSNC pediatric focus runs on Tuesdays from 2:45 - 7 p.m. and Fridays from 10:45 a.m. - 3 p.m.
