The RSNC’s Be Your BEST Self (BYBS) program is a healthy lifestyle and weight management program, created by Dr. Afsoun Khalili, ND for people who are struggling with their weight.
BYBS focuses on healthy eating and lifestyle education and provides tools to individuals for maintaining healthy lifestyle changes and managing stress. The program addresses underlying issues around food and eating by giving participants the tools to recognize behaviours that may contribute to their weight issues.
The BYBS program will start on Monday, March 1 and will run for 6 weeks every Monday evening from 6 - 7:30 p.m. via Zoom® Participants can sign up in the middle of the program up to the third session. Participants who start in the middle will make up the remainder sessions at the next program start. You can register for the program below.
