RSNC: Winter 2021 Update

Dear Patients of the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC),

With the Toronto region entering lockdown, we wanted to update you that the RSNC and all CCNM clinics remain open. As health-care providers, we remain open to continue care with all of our patients, while operating with the highest standards of health and safety.

Since March 2020, we have taken increased measures to ensure everyone's safety when visiting the clinics and this will continue:

• We have implemented an automated a pre-appointment screening process.
• Regular cleaning and disinfection of all common areas, including reception and restrooms.
• We have increased our cleaning in between each visit.
• We have socially distanced all available seating.
• Face mask compliance
• Where possible, we ask you to book a secure telehealth appointment.

If you are a new patient to our clinic, your first visit will be conducted via video or phone. That will allow your supervising naturopathic doctor to assess whether an in-person visit is necessary.
